Let’s face it, any agent can order the sign and put your home in the Multiple Listing Service.  But do they really have a unique marketing strategy for your particular home?  Are they up on the market? I am going to be “self serving” here, but my staff and I do.

Once I personally meet with you, view your property, and determine your needs, my staff and I will  customize a “Marketing Plan of Attack” detailing exactly what I will do to effectively market your property, along with the dates we plan on implementing each item. All of my marketing material is first class and no expense in quality is spared. I firmly believe that our marketing is a reflection upon your house… and I want your property to shine to the potential buyer!
